What should I do if anti-cheat cannot verify my Aion 2 install?

Guide Q&A

The troubleshooting guide says the message can result from game-file problems or software conflicts and does not always mean an account ban. First verify Aion 2 files through the Aion 2 launcher.

It also recommends fully exiting the Aion 2 client, restarting the PC, and checking for conflicting overlays before trying more disruptive steps.
